In October 2012, I generated my first income — Php 31,500 —  in teaching 3 young kids how to read in just 30 days. I taught them for 1 hour in the afternoon after my regular work at school.

MuyMuy of Immaculate Conception Academy of Greenhills, San Juan City was one of those 3 students. She was 3.7 years old.

Thorndike conducted a study to learn how people judge each other. He discovered that if a person had one strong positive trait — such as being attractice — it would positively influence the rater’s perception of that person’s other traits.

Thorndike called this the halo efect.
